The Mina Campsite
Les Etangs Mina campsite is situated in
an area classed natura2000, a site of exceptional environmental importance where the plants and the wildlife are protected.
The Brouage Marshes, extending from Marennes to Cadeuil, feature numerous plant varieties. More than 150 different bird species have been identified in the area.
During your stay you’ll discover many protected species; otters, herons, turtles, butterflies, dragonflies… and certainly many marsh plants.
On visiting the park you’ll learn about its history, the sand quarries, the importance of fishing and fish breeding…
You can sit on the bank and watch the fish swimming in the lakes; the water is clear on the surface due to the natural spring water that feeds into them.

The
7 hectares (17 acres) campsite offers its clients
109 pitches; you won’t be on top of each other. You have the choice of where you wish to pitch; either traditional camping or over by the lakes.
On the camping side you’ll enjoy the traditional atmosphere, meeting other campers, entertainment, a surprise aperitif…
The pitches around the lakes will be enjoyed by nature lovers and the curious, it’s for holiday makers who want a more restful stay; you must be warned the ducks may wake you up during your afternoon nap!!
